Formed in 2020, SoulFried is a seven-piece collective of hard-hitting, soul-cleansing funksters. Drawing inspiration from legends like James Brown, Snarky Puppy, The Fearless Flyers, The Meters, and Maceo Parker, SoulFried delivers a sizzling fusion of funk, soul, jazz, Latin, rock, and hip-hop grooves — all cooked up with their own signature flavor.
In 2024, the band dropped their debut album, ‘Chonk Lé Fonk’, followed by their second album, ‘Pocket Science’, in 2025.
SoulFried takes listeners on an electrifying journey filled with tight rhythms, unexpected turns, and grooves that feed your soul and get your funk-loving heart moving.
